President
Entrusted with providing leadership and direction to the committee, the President is responsible for ensuring the committee fulfils its responsibilities for the success of achieving the club's agreed goals.
The Vice President is responsible for assisting the President to fulfil their responsibilities for the success of the club. At times, the Vice President will need to work with the President to help them understand concerns and alternative points of view within the club.

Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for the documentation and communication of the activities of the committee. Amongst the Secretary's tasks are to prepare agendas, prepare and distribute minutes, and receive and disseminate correspondence to and from the club, etc.
The Treasurer is responsible for the financial supervision of the club, including the preparation of annual budgets, planning for the organisations financial future, and monitoring the organisations revenue and expenditure.

External Relations Director
Responsible for seeking partnerships and sponsorships, maintaining positive relationships with current partners, and strengthens connections with other MSOs. They also research new support sources, create proposals, and foster communication with MSOs.
Responsible for producing marketing material such as posters, copy, and videos for use on social media and other marketing platforms. They are also responsible for publicising updates for partners and sponsors, as well as photograph and film at all AUMSA events.

Responsible for ensuring all AUMSA events held conform to the objectives of the club by taking creative lead in planning, organising and coordinating, and overseeing the club's social activities and happenings.
Responsible for processing procedures for logistics activities, and recommending optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.

Responsible for coordinating and delivering AUMSA on relevant member welfare issues, represent AUMSA and its members in dealing with individual requests from students, and arrange membership sign up or card loss procedures.
